Tennis for people with activity limitations

Title: Tennis for people with activity limitations Objectives: The aim of the bachelor's thesis is to summarize the existing knowledge about tennis for people with activity limitations in the context of historical development. Methods: The bachelor thesis is carried out as a review. Scientific literature, popular science papers and other sources, especially Internet sources dealing with the topic of wheelchair tennis were the source of information for this bachelor's thesis. Results: The thesis provides an up-to-date overview of scientific literature related to tennis for people with activity limitations. Part of the work is devoted to the history of this relatively young sports industry. There are described the current rules, the specifics of armaments and equipment, and mentioned the issue of classification in competitions at the international and national levels. Part of the work is devoted to the technique of strokes, which are highly specific and different from standard tennis. Conclusions: In conclusions it should be mentioned the necessary to popularize the sport of people with activity limitations, as one of the means of maintaining their independence and the path to a full life. Title: Marketing communication of the Czech handicapped representative in tennis Ladislava Pořízková Objectives: The main objective of this thesis is to submit proposals for the improvement of marketing communication of Ladislava Pořízková based on the analysis and evaluation of the current situation. Methods: Defining the current state of marketing communication of Ladislava Pořízková was made possible by qualitative methods, which include the analysis of documents and social networks, an in-depth interview with Mrs. Pořízková and also quantitative methods, namely a questionnaire survey with fans of Mrs. Pořízková. Mgr. Richard Valoušek, senior PR manager at Raul, s. r. o. was also given space to express his views on a comparison of ideas and marketing communications of Mrs. Pořízková. The overall summary was ensured by a personal SWOT analysis. Proposals for changes were processed based on the theoretical background, an analysis of the practical part, suggestions of fans, experts and own suggestions. Results: The result are proposals for changes in the form of marketing communication modification, which are prepared based on shortcomings, but also the advantages of the current marketing communication of Mrs. Pořízková. Wheelchair tennis as a motivation in the life of a handicapped athlete

Title: Wheelchair tennis as a motivation in the life of a handicapped athlete Objectives: The aim of this work is to verify the importance of sport, particularly the wheelchair tennis in the life of a disabled sportsman. Methods: The main method of a search used in this thesis was used the method of an explorative research. Specifically, in the form of an anonymous questionnaire and three interviews, which were used to illustrate the examined group of disabled athletes. The main element of the research was a separate research while using the questionnaire, which consisted of 16 questions. The non-standard questionnaire was set up on the basis of mentoring of Mgr. Tomáš Kočíb, consultations with experts in the field of wheelchair tennis Mgr. Rostislav Čichoň, Ph.D., literature research and the author's own, gained experience. Results: It was confirmed that sport, namely wheelchair tennis is significant for a sportsman's life. It does not only affect his/her physical condition but their whole personality.
